Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, COL2A1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,473 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible COL2A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCNJ15, SOX17, and ZNF542P. Each is linked with COL2A1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COL2A1-to-partner and partner-to-COL2A1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COL2A1 versus KCNJ15 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COL2A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→COL2A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
