Across TCGA cell cohorts, COL2A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 751 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COL2A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRIMPOL, TK2, and HDHD2. Each is linked with COL2A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COL2A1-to-partner and partner-to-COL2A1 results are reported.
