COL21A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COL21A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,660 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COL21A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-391P, SKA1, and PKN3. Each is linked with COL21A1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COL21A1-to-partner and partner-to-COL21A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-391P grouped by COL21A1-low versus COL21A1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COL21A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→COL21A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
