COL1A2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, COL1A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 398 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COL1A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DUXA, CFAP97D1, and ERP29. Each is linked with COL1A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COL1A2-to-partner and partner-to-COL1A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DUXA grouped by COL1A2-low versus COL1A2-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COL1A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→COL1A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
