COL11A2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COL11A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,725 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COL11A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FANCE, NDUFC1, and MRPL37. Each is linked with COL11A2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COL11A2-to-partner and partner-to-COL11A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COL11A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→COL11A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
