COL11A1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COL11A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,100 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COL11A1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NXN, PCOLCE, and CNN2. Each is linked with COL11A1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COL11A1-to-partner and partner-to-COL11A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COL11A1 versus NXN in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COL11A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→COL11A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
