COL11A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COL11A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,803 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COL11A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OIP5, BCCIP, and CDC20. Each is linked with COL11A1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COL11A1-to-partner and partner-to-COL11A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OIP5 grouped by COL11A1-low versus COL11A1-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COL11A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→COL11A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
