The most reproducible COL11A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAT1, GPR119, and IER3. Each is linked with COL11A1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COL11A1-to-partner and partner-to-COL11A1 results are reported.
