COIL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COIL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 608 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COIL-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYO19, CXCL11, and GZMK. Each is linked with COIL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COIL-to-partner and partner-to-COIL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYO19 grouped by COIL-low versus COIL-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COIL→partner) and Y-score (partner→COIL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
