Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, COG7 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated COG7 data layer compared with 18 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher COG7 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated COG7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
HNSC, OV, and UCEC are the cancer types where COG7 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
