COG7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COG7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,071 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COG7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PARN, THEMIS2, and POLR3E. Each is linked with COG7 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COG7-to-partner and partner-to-COG7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COG7 versus PARN in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COG7→partner) and Y-score (partner→COG7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
