COG7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COG7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,621 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COG7-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM219, LYVE1, and SMCHD1. Each is linked with COG7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COG7-to-partner and partner-to-COG7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COG7 versus TMEM219 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COG7→partner) and Y-score (partner→COG7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
