COG6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, COG6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 287 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COG6-associated genes across cancer lineages are AVP, C18orf63, and DAO. Each is linked with COG6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COG6-to-partner and partner-to-COG6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AVP grouped by COG6-low versus COG6-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COG6→partner) and Y-score (partner→COG6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
