COG5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COG5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,158 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COG5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL591P, CD1A, and TUBA1C. Each is linked with COG5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COG5-to-partner and partner-to-COG5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL591P grouped by COG5-low versus COG5-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COG5→partner) and Y-score (partner→COG5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
