COG5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, COG5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COG5-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2D3, OR2H1, and MAGEB4. Each is linked with COG5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COG5-to-partner and partner-to-COG5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2D3 grouped by COG5-low versus COG5-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COG5→partner) and Y-score (partner→COG5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
