Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, COG4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated COG4 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher COG4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated COG4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and UCEC show a favorable association.
STAD, SKCM, and PRAD are the cancer types where COG4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
