Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, COG4 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated COG4 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher COG4 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated COG4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and PDAC show a favorable association.

UCEC, LSCC, and CCRCC are the cancer types where COG4 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
