Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, COG4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,008 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible COG4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHEK1, NCAPD3, and RRM1. Each is linked with COG4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COG4-to-partner and partner-to-COG4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHEK1 grouped by COG4-low versus COG4-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COG4→partner) and Y-score (partner→COG4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
