Across TCGA patient cohorts, COG4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COG4-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, p27_pT198, and Annexin-1. Each is linked with COG4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COG4-to-partner and partner-to-COG4 results are reported.
