COG4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, COG4 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,569 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COG4-associated genes across cancer lineages are IRGC, BCL11B, and CDH15. Each is linked with COG4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COG4-to-partner and partner-to-COG4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IRGC grouped by COG4-low versus COG4-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COG4→partner) and Y-score (partner→COG4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
