COG3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COG3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,088 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COG3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4418, RNA5SP463, and RN7SL508P. Each is linked with COG3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COG3-to-partner and partner-to-COG3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4418 grouped by COG3-low versus COG3-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COG3→partner) and Y-score (partner→COG3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
