COG2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, COG2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2A12, GLRA4, and GFRA4. Each is linked with COG2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COG2-to-partner and partner-to-COG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2A12 grouped by COG2-low versus COG2-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→COG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
