Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, COG1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated COG1 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher COG1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated COG1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRC, BLCA, and PRAD are the cancer types where COG1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
