COG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, COG1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,426 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASH1L, EIF5B, and NIPBL. Each is linked with COG1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COG1-to-partner and partner-to-COG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASH1L grouped by COG1-low versus COG1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→COG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
