COASY

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COASY RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,278 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COASY-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LIG3, THOC6, and DNAJC7. Each is linked with COASY in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COASY-to-partner and partner-to-COASY results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COASY versus LIG3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COASY→partner) and Y-score (partner→COASY) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
