Across TCGA patient cohorts, COASY mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COASY-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, JNK2, and MEK1. Each is linked with COASY in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COASY-to-partner and partner-to-COASY results are reported.
