Across TCGA patient cohorts, COA6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COA6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1242P, NPM1P10, and LINC02131. Each is linked with COA6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COA6-to-partner and partner-to-COA6 results are reported.
