COA4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COA4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6515, MAGEB4, and POTED. Each is linked with COA4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COA4-to-partner and partner-to-COA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6515 grouped by COA4-low versus COA4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→COA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
