CNTROB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNTROB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,669 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNTROB-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR11H1, RPL23AP82, and RPS27L. Each is linked with CNTROB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNTROB-to-partner and partner-to-CNTROB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR11H1 grouped by CNTROB-low versus CNTROB-high in LGG.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNTROB→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNTROB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
