CNTRL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNTRL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,235 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNTRL-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMC3IP, CHAC1, and SEC13. Each is linked with CNTRL in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNTRL-to-partner and partner-to-CNTRL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSMC3IP grouped by CNTRL-low versus CNTRL-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNTRL→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNTRL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
