Across TCGA cell cohorts, CNTRL RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,619 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CNTRL-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of cell cycle G2/M phase transition, Microtubule cytoskeleton organization involved in mitosis, and Protein localization to chromosome. Each is linked with CNTRL in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNTRL-to-partner and partner-to-CNTRL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of cell cycle G2/M phase transition grouped by CNTRL-low versus CNTRL-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
