CNTRL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CNTRL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 556 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNTRL-associated genes across cancer lineages are SASS6, ATP1A4, and OR13D1. Each is linked with CNTRL in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNTRL-to-partner and partner-to-CNTRL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SASS6 grouped by CNTRL-low versus CNTRL-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNTRL→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNTRL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
