Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNTNAP3P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,016 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNTNAP3P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Rac protein signal transduction, Protein-containing complex disassembly, and Golgi vesicle transport. Each is linked with CNTNAP3P1 in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNTNAP3P1-to-partner and partner-to-CNTNAP3P1 results are reported.
