Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNTNAP3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 452 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNTNAP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL18A, MYL7, and OTX1. Each is linked with CNTNAP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNTNAP3-to-partner and partner-to-CNTNAP3 results are reported.
