CNTN6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNTN6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,001 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNTN6-associated genes across cancer lineages are TACC3, TRAIP, and POLE2. Each is linked with CNTN6 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNTN6-to-partner and partner-to-CNTN6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TACC3 grouped by CNTN6-low versus CNTN6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNTN6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNTN6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
