CNTN5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNTN5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,705 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNTN5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHAF1B, FEN1, and RCC1. Each is linked with CNTN5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNTN5-to-partner and partner-to-CNTN5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHAF1B grouped by CNTN5-low versus CNTN5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNTN5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNTN5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
