CNTLN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CNTLN mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,919 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNTLN-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCF2, UBR4, and RGS22. Each is linked with CNTLN in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNTLN-to-partner and partner-to-CNTLN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MCF2 grouped by CNTLN-low versus CNTLN-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNTLN→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNTLN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
