CNTFR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNTFR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,274 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNTFR-associated genes across cancer lineages are BHLHE23, MIR548Q, and MTCO3P45. Each is linked with CNTFR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNTFR-to-partner and partner-to-CNTFR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BHLHE23 grouped by CNTFR-low versus CNTFR-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNTFR→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNTFR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
