Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNTD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 454 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CNTD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-105P, APOOP2, and RN7SKP14. Each is linked with CNTD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNTD1-to-partner and partner-to-CNTD1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-105P grouped by CNTD1-low versus CNTD1-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNTD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNTD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
