Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNTD1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNTD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, A-Raf_pS299, and GAPDH. Each is linked with CNTD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNTD1-to-partner and partner-to-CNTD1 results are reported.
