Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CNST Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CNST data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher CNST Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CNST expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.

BRCA, STAD, and UVM are the cancer types where CNST Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
