CNST

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNST RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,375 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNST-associated proteins across cancer lineages are OTUD7B, GATAD2B, and TNFAIP8. Each is linked with CNST in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNST-to-partner and partner-to-CNST results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CNST versus OTUD7B in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNST→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNST) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
