Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNST protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,367 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CNST-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC25A44, SNAP47, and RCOR3. Each is linked with CNST in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNST-to-partner and partner-to-CNST results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CNST versus SLC25A44 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNST→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNST) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
