Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CNST mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CNST-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBMXL3, SPRR2F, and SLC22A8. Each is linked with CNST in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNST-to-partner and partner-to-CNST results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RBMXL3 grouped by CNST-low versus CNST-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNST→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNST) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
