Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,050 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CNR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MREGP1, OOSP1P1, and GTF3C6P1. Each is linked with CNR2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNR2-to-partner and partner-to-CNR2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
