CNR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,990 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SYNPO, CLIC2, and DDAH2. Each is linked with CNR1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNR1-to-partner and partner-to-CNR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CNR1 versus SYNPO in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
