CNR1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,614 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SOX10, SLC16A8, and SEPTIN3. Each is linked with CNR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNR1-to-partner and partner-to-CNR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CNR1 versus SOX10 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
