CNR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,871 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDCA2, SKA1, and TIPIN. Each is linked with CNR1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNR1-to-partner and partner-to-CNR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDCA2 grouped by CNR1-low versus CNR1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
