Across TCGA cell cohorts, CNR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,915 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CNR1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cannabinoid signaling pathway, Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and DNA-templated transcription initiation. Each is linked with CNR1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNR1-to-partner and partner-to-CNR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cannabinoid signaling pathway grouped by CNR1-low versus CNR1-high in LUNG_SCLC.
