The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher CNPY4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CNPY4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ESCA and LIHC are the cancer types where CNPY4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
